On the February 7th episode of KBS2 Family Dignity Full House, Rainbow member Jaekyung revealed that she rejected the offer to join KARA and SNSD.
Jaekyung said, "I almost become KARA member. Also, the members actually didn't know that SM Entertainment contacted me before. She addded, "One month before SNSD debuted, SM contacted me but I refused," which made everyone surprised.
MC Lee Kyung Kyu asked, "Don't you ever feel jealous towards KARA?" which Jaekyung replied, "I'm a bit jealous towards KARA sunbaenims who are Hallyu icons. That time, we have to pratice very hard for a long time, that's why."
