In the afternoon of January 5, the production crew reported, “In a recent meeting with Oh Yeon Seo, she made it clear that she is just a close friend with Lee Jang Woo and there is nothing going on between them.”
Therefore, the broadcast and shootings will go as planned. The representative continued, “Since she has confirmed it to us in person, the couple Oh Yeon Seo and Lee Joon will not leave the show, and the shooting and broadcasting will continue as scheduled.”
Previously, Oh Yeon Seo was caught up in a romantic scandal with Lee Jang Woo, and people questioned whether she will be quitting the show. If the rumor was true, it seems inevitable for her to stop the show with Lee Joon.
However on January 4, Oh Yeon Seo and Lee Jang Woo both made a public announcement that denied the scandal. As the scandal is a mere rumor, there does not seem to be any problem continuing the show.
In the meantime, Oh and Lee appear in KBS 2’s Oh Ja Ryong Is Coming as a couple while Lee Joon is busy shooting the movie Actors are Actors and KBS 2’s drama series Iris 2.
