Big Bang’s G-Dragon will perform with 2NE1′s Gong Min Ji on KBS 2TV’s Sketchbook.
G-Dragon, who recently released a new album, One of a Kind, will appear on Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook and say hello to viewers.
G-Dragon has already given a powerful, fancy performance of “Crayon,” the lead track of his new album, on several music shows, and he will again show off his various charms on Sketchbook.
G-Dragon will also perform “Missing You” with 2NE1′s Gong Min Ji.
“Missing You” is a song of an old pop style, in which Ja Woo Rim’s Kim Yoon Ah was featured. G-Dragon’s rap and Kim’s attractive voice are harmonized well in the song.
Gong is planning to reinterpret Kim’s part in her own voice and style.
G-Dragon is planning to add a band sound to “Crayon,” which is characterized by a strong beat, to create a different style of the song. He will also perform “One of a Kind,” a hip-hop number, and “This Love,” which has been popular for a long time.
At the news that G-Dragon will appear on the show, the competition for admission tickets increased up to 75 to 1, which was the highest ever for the show.
G-Dragon is also currently active as a member of Big Bang. The group held a concert, part of Alive Galaxy Tour 2012, in Bangkok, Thailand, last weekend. It attracted a total audience of 20,000. They will continue to hold concerts in Indonesia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Los Angeles and New Jersey in the U.S., Japan, and Hong Kong.
The episode of KBS 2TV’s Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook, on which G-Dragon appears, will air on October 19 at 12:15 a.m.
