How does Jaejoong survive in hot weather?

Kim Jaejoong’s method of ‘surviving the searing heat’ has been revealed.

Yesterday, Kim Jaejoong participated in a fight scene for his drama ‘Dr. Jin’ in 36 degrees weather with an outfit fitted with cotton and arm and knee guards in case of injuries.
A representative of the drama stated, “Because Kyung Tak (Kim Jaejoong) is an official, he requires one to two hours to go through the motions with the other actors prior to filming and as each action scene needs to be filmed from various angles, it takes a very long time to film just one scene,” and “The weather was so hot that it was even difficult to just stand still, but Kim Jaejoong didn’t rest as he practiced his moves and completed the scene without a stunt double.”
C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Kim Jaejoong fights with the searing heat every day in his outfit and a topknot,” and “We have an icebox for him in the car and he carries ice packs with him at all times. He also has a large fan and mini electric fans but the relief they provide is only temporary.”
Ideas have come forth on how the actor fights with the heat on location. Not only does he carry a mini umbrella-shaped tent to shield him from the sun, he also wears two functional sleeveless shirts that absorb sweat quickly and sticks sweat-evaporating cool sheets directly onto his skin.
Kim Jaejoong stated, “Though it was so hot that I was covered with sweat even when I was just swinging my sword around a couple of times, I think it actually helped me express the desperation of the fight scene,” and “Because each fight scene is important to express the emotions of Kim Kyung Tak, I get completely absorbed into my work and forget about the heat.”
Meanwhile, the two remaining episodes of Kim Jaejoong’s drama will be airing this weekend.
